Quingdao is a special place. Nestled in the Northwest of the P.R.C's Shandong province, (the neck of the chicken) Quingdao boasts the privilege of hosting an Olympic event. With its jagged landscape, hilly streets, and calm harbor, some have compared it to San Francisco. I got this feeling being driven into the city by cab. The air is dry and at times hangs over the harbor. At the same time it is crisp and windy
